Despite the decent winds I felt too ill to go windsurfing today, so the fact that a new geocache had been hidden on the hill between Clarach and Aber gave me a good excuse to get out for some fresh air.

It was pretty windy up there though and as I could see the sea all the time it was almost a form of torture!
